Terms & Conditions of Trade
Please confirm with us if you have a specific deadline you wish us to aim for.
All package pricing deals are 100% subject to approval based on your individual project requirements.
We may refuse or decline to take on or cancel at any time any job at our discretion without any reason needed to be given to the customer.
Package prices are based on availability and may change without notice at any time based on demand and availability of our team.
An increase in weight or size will incur extra 3rd party freight costs.
Final images will not be released before full payment has been received.
Pricing generally will be displayed exclusive of GST, which will be charged at 15%.
Based on this approval system, we cannot offer refunds against our photographic images after the images have been approved and payment has been made.
Failure to do this will result in a penalty of 25% of the total quoted price for the job payable to Product Image Photography.
When you pay for your images using your credit card, we do not retain this information in any form. Following your successful payment transaction, your details are destroyed.
Product Image do not pass any details on to any third party and all of our clients contact details are kept securely, remain confidential and are never shared, disclosed or given out.
You must ensure that your product are fully insured by your own insurance company while at our studio and in transit, and it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the insurance is sufficient to cover the goods transported and stored in our studio.
Product Image Photography will accept no responsibility for products lost or damaged in, to or from our studios.
But in the rare event something happens and a product is damaged, destroyed or lost we will provide no compensation or replacement. You must ensure that your own insurance covers your products while with us.
No compensation or replacement product will be provided under any circumstances.
Re-shoots of rejected photographic images will be chargeable if Product Image Photography has adhered to the brief and our client makes changes to the brief after the images have been shot. Specific instructions about how you wish the products to be photographed must be made clear to us.
Our photography is supplied with an ‘All Uses’ license, covering worldwide advertising, POS, catalogue, magazine, brochure and web use.
In the event of a client defaulting on an invoice Product Image Photography reserve the right to revoke the ‘All Uses’ license and to pull copyright without notice.
If for any reason payment is not received, either due to delay in paying, dispute over images supplied or other reason you may not use any images supplied what so ever in any circumstances in any form of media, print, web, social, presentations or marketing collateral.
Images our ours being used without rights will be invoiced to the organisation using at $800nz+GST per image, per instance. This will be strictly enforced by NZ copyright laws.
By using customers real images as part of our portfolio allows us to keep our marketing and advertising costs to a minimum by not having to stage and shoot specific portfolio shots this results in our overheads being considerable cheaper than most our competition, a saving that we pass directly onto the client in the form of our low rates.
In the event of short deliveries, damaged goods or incorrect items received from our clients, Product Image Photography reserve the right to postpone the photo shoot until the shortage is made-up, the correct products are delivered or damaged items replaced.
A penalty of 10% of the total quoted price for the job may be payable to Product Image Photography should our studio schedule be affected by the above, resulting in loss of profit or studio down-time.
